Agapito's practice focuses on patent prosecution. The technical areas in which Agapito has prosecuted patent applications include: network protocols, multidimensional databases, and various other software related methods. Technical areas in which Agapito has experience or training include: digital signal processor (DSP) programming, device driver programming, hardware design validation, software tools programming, embedded software programming, machine intelligence, and computer architecture.
Agapito joined Campbell Stephenson LLP in 2008. Prior to attending law school, Agapito was a senior software engineer with Intel Corporation from 2000-2005. Agapito also worked as a research engineer at The University of Texas at Austin’s Applied Research Laboratories from 1997-2000.
For his master’s thesis at Texas A&M University, Agapito worked on finding an efficient parallelization of a Cholesky factorization onto various parallel machines.
